How to install TeamViewer

Installing TeamViewer which is a remote connection application is very easy to do, all you have to do is to follow the instructions below:

Download 64bit If you're 64bit Windows, Download 32bit if you have 32bit Windows


3. Once you have chosen the correct version to download, the download progress will start in your browser

4. After the download is finished. Click the downloaded file name to open it.

5. When TeamViewer is open, you will see a set of 9-digit ID and password, send them to the support agent for remote connection.


(Also make sure at the bottom left corner it says ready to connect and the indicator is green and not yellow or red)
