For cancellation due to the nature of our products if you have already received the activation code you can ask for exchanges and voucher credit which will be applied as long as the customer notifies via email at the electronic voucher credit can be used in our store and can also be used as a gift voucher.

Should you have a request based on the criteria stated above all you need to do is ask for a refund by sending us an email with the name of tech staff that has assisted you, original order number to and provide us with your full name, full address order number, original payment method; once we receive your email we will process the request!!!
