# How to install TeamViewer

| **Installing TeamViewer which is a remote connection application is very easy to do, all you have to do is to follow the instructions below:**

### 1. Click on the link below to go to TeamViewer website:

# https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/

### 2. Once clicked on the link, you will be given two options to download, 64-bit or 32-bit, based on your current Windows build select the version

### 3. Once you have chosen the correct version to download, the download progress will start in your browser

### 4. After the download is finished. Click the downloaded file name to open it.

### 5. When TeamViewer is open, you will see a set of 9-digit ID and password, send them to the support agent for remote connection.

###### (Also make sure at the bottom left corner it says ready to connect and the indicator is green and not yellow or red)
