# How to download and install Microsoft Visio 2019/2021 on Windows 10/11?

1. Download the setup file from your order email

2. After the download is finished, go to your browser's download list. To view the download list, simultaneously press the CTRL and J keys on your keyboard.

3. You can see **VisioPro.img** file there. Click on **Show in folder**. It will take you to the download folder

4. Right click on **VisioPro.img** Select **Open with > Windows explorer **

5. If this warning appears, click on **OPEN**

6. There, you'll find a **setup **file. For the installation to begin, double-click the **setup** file.

7. Your computer's screen will display an installation screen. The installation process could take some time to complete.

8. Click on **Close** button when it's ready.

9. Now search for **Visio** on your **Start menu** and open it from the search result

10. It will ask you to enter your **Purchased Serial/Product key** which you could see in your order email. Copy and paste that here. click on **Activate**. That will activate your Visio
